MANDATORY MEETINGS:

Counselors and Assistant Counselors must attend an Orientation meeting on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 10:30 PM. 

All Staff is REQUIRED at an Orientation meeting on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at 11:30 AM.

PREPARE FOR YOUR ACTIVITIES

v  Carefully read your Manual before camp.  Please email the Ericksons at ericksoncc@comcast.net to confirm that you’ve read the Manual.  This is a requirement before camp!

v  Look closely at the schedule to determine when your classes are – be prepared to share ideas for your activities with the Department Head. 

v  Be prepared to help in custodial and kitchen duties.  When you are not serving in your department you will be expected to serve in this capacity. 

 The Staff sets the tone for Camp.

v  Pray that we can set the right example for the children and help their experience to reflect God’s way of life and that they have a wonderful experience at camp!

v  Please try and come to camp well rested, we will do what we can to make sure everyone is well fed and able to get enough rest at camp.

v  If we run into difficulties, let’s be positive and work through them together.

 TEEN STAFF - Show respect to the Adult Staff and allow them to mentor you. 

v  Let’s remember as teens that we are learning to be leaders.  Let’s honor and learn from our adult staff…

v  Let’s be sure to treat all adult staff with respect and lead with a smile.

v  Pray that God will use us as tools to help develop the future leaders and pillars of the Church.

v  When we have free time we’ll seek other ways to serve our campers.

THINGS NOT TO BRING:  Radio / Tape / CD / MP3 / Electronic Games / Knives / Firearms / Illegal Drugs / Fireworks / Etc.

Use of Cell Phones will NOT be permitted.
