Application Process

1. Complete the Staff Application. Click for Link.
2. Complete the Health History and Examination Form.  Click for Link.
   (Note:  Health Exam REQUIRES the Signature of Licensed Medical Personal.)
   Contact the Ericksons to determine if you need a Health Exam this year. 
3. Mail Application, Health Exam and Registration Fee to Address below by June 30, 2010:

4. We will notify you via email of your acceptance. 

Staff Fees

• Teen Staff:  $85
• Adult Staff:  No Charge
• Miracle Lodge Fee:  Extra $50/person
  Adult Staff have the option to stay in the new Miracle Lodge for an extra $50/person.  Rooms sleep 2 persons and a child.  Bring your own sheets.
